    文化差异

    “这些是什么?你泡了一晚上了,什么时候用?”
    我想了一下,如果说是鱼的胃,他肯定要大放阙词,说花胶他也不懂,于是我说:“是鱼的一部分。”
    他仔细看了一下,摇头说不像,为什么味道那么重?
    鱼当然有味道了,我不理他。
    过一会我去厨房看,发现我浸泡的花胶已经被一个碗盖住了,不禁暗笑。
    “你用这个做什么?”不知什么时候他又出现在身后。
    “和鸡一起煲汤,反正你不喝,别管了。”
    “鸡?”
    “是啊,其实应该用鸡脚,怕你难受,我已经改成鸡肉了。”
    果然,他的眼睛鼻子都皱了起来,chicken feet,你这个古怪的中国女人。
    我把他赶走。
    可以开始了,才发现没有姜。意大利人做菜从来不用姜,我渐渐被同化,让妈妈知道肯定觉得我忘本了。
     
    重要料理齐了,开始煲,那花胶的微腥蔓延在空气中,暖暖地仿佛已经开始浸润你的五脏,我嗅一口,很满足。那边的鼻子又开始皱起了,什么味道什么味道?
    我嘻嘻笑,走过去,问:“明天我们去买点燕窝,好吗?”
    眼睛睁得牛一样大:“我跟了说了多少遍,不要去吃小鸟的唾沫,这个绝对不行!”
    “好吧,那就不吃小鸟的唾沫,但现在这个鱼 -- 汤,请你不要再评论了,行吗?”
    他眼睛转了几下,点头:“我回房间看书。”
    我拍拍他的肩,表示赞赏。
     
    都来自民以食为天的国度,有人问我和P有没有文化差异,唉......

    還記得當年在朋友家蒸蘿蔔糕,她德國老公回來被臭到幾乎要奪門而出。妳下次試試,說不定從此煲汤就被接受了,都是相對的,呵呵。

    泰國姜應該很多的啊,還有黃薑,也很喜歡,雖然不太會用。能有新鮮食材做菜是幸福的事!
